Terms and Conditions for Access to the Digital Educational Product

Fedor Katasonov, registered sole proprietor in Israel (registration number 345266282), hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, offers access to the digital educational product under the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Subject

1.1. The Seller provides the User with a service granting access to the informational and educational online course “Secrets of Your Teenager” (hereinafter — the “Course”).

1.2. The Course may include video materials, additional text and visual materials, webinars, and a private chat, where provided in the Course program.

1.3. The Course is a digital product. No physical goods are delivered.

1.4. The Course is an informational and educational product and does not replace or constitute medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, or any other form of individual professional assistance.

2. Purchase Procedure

2.1. The agreement between the Seller and the User is considered concluded upon confirmation of payment.

2.2. Payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.3. Access to the Course is provided after payment confirmation.

2.4. Access to the Course is granted to one User only. Sharing or transferring access to third parties is prohibited.

2.5. Payments are processed using payment services available on the checkout page.

3. Pricing

3.1. The price of the Course is indicated on the checkout page.

3.2. Each displayed price is independent and may vary depending on the selected currency and payment method.

3.3. Prices may change depending on the purchase date and are displayed on the checkout page.

3.4. Prices displayed in currencies other than Israeli shekels (ILS) are provided for convenience only.

3.5. The final charged amount may be processed in Israeli shekels (ILS) according to the applicable exchange rate, payment provider conditions, bank conversion rates, and commissions.

3.6. The final payable amount is displayed before payment confirmation.

4. Access to the Course

4.1. Access to the Course materials is provided for one year from the moment access is granted.

4.2. Course materials may become available gradually according to the Course schedule.

4.3. The User may view available materials at their own pace during the access period.

4.4. Access to the Course is provided by sending the User a link or another access method to a restricted Course page using the contact information provided during purchase (email or other contact provided during purchase).

4.5. In case of technical access issues, the User may contact the Seller. The Seller undertakes to resolve such issues within a reasonable period after receiving the User’s request.

5. Service and Refunds

5.1. The service is deemed provided from the moment the User is sent a link or another access method to the Course materials, provided that the User has correctly supplied contact information and possesses the technical means necessary to use the access.

5.2. After access to the Course has been provided, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly provided by the Refund Policy.

5.3. Refunds may only be requested before access to the Course has been provided.

5.4. Detailed refund conditions are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All Course materials are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2. The User receives a limited, personal, non-transferable right to personal viewing and use of the Course materials solely for personal purposes.

6.3. Copying, distributing, publishing, transmitting to third parties, selling, or otherwise using the Course materials without the Seller’s prior written consent is prohibited.

6.4. The use of Course materials for artificial intelligence training, automated analysis, creation of derivative digital products, or similar purposes without the Seller’s prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Seller does not guarantee any specific result from applying information obtained through the Course.

7.2. The Seller may update, supplement, or modify Course materials without reducing the overall content or scope of access provided.

7.3. The User independently makes decisions related to health, parenting, and consultation with professionals.

7.4. In the presence of medical, psychological, or other individual concerns, including emergency situations, the User should consult an appropriate qualified professional.

8. Personal Data

8.1. When processing payment and providing access to the Course, the Seller may process the User’s personal data, including name, contact information, payment-related information, and Course access information.

8.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
